I individualize every massage session depending on your needs that day. The modalities I use may include Swedish massage, pregnancy massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, Trager, foot reflexology, muscle energy technique. passive range of motion and/or stretching.

I also use only certified organic massage oil in my practice for your comfort and well-being. I am transitioning to all organic linens, but at this time my flannel sheets are non-organic. If you would like the totally organic option, please let me know when you schedule your massage, so that I can accommodate your wishes.
